**Inbox**

Octarine now has a dedicated Inbox for lightweight capture and triage. It behaves like a focused workspace area: open it from the sidebar, scan captures in an email-style list, and work through Active and Done without turning every thought into a full note first.

- The Inbox list is grouped into Active and Done sections with compact metadata for priority, snooze, and age.
- Captures can be converted into regular notes with a folder picker or appended to today’s daily note.

**Quick Capture**

Quick Capture is now a fast popout for getting something into Octarine without switching context. It opens as its own lightweight window, stays warm in the background, and can save to either Inbox or your daily note.

- Open Quick Capture globally with `Ctrl + Option/Alt + Space` or via the dedicated Tray button.
- Pick the target workspace (defaults to last used workspace) directly from the Quick Capture window before saving.
- Switch between Inbox and daily-note capture with `Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + J`; Octarine remembers the chosen destination per workspace. Daily note additions are `appended`.
- Priority and tag popovers support keyboard-friendly workflows such as `Cmd/Ctrl + P`, number keys `0`-`4`, `Cmd/Ctrl + T`, arrow navigation, `Enter`, and layered `Escape` dismissal.

**Improvements**

- Added title sorting `A-Z` and `Z-A` to workspace search.
- Nested bullet, ordered, and task lists now show subtle vertical guide lines.
- Older dates now include the year automatically when your preferred date format does not already include one (in Search, Daily desk).
- Sidebar actions were tightened: Notes, Templates, Views, and Ask Octarine now place creation and action controls beside search more consistently.

**Fixes**

- Fixed `Cmd/Ctrl + P` opening the pinned popover when it should be available for other workflows.
- Fixed an issue where long running notes would not be entirely exported as PDF.
- Fixed dropdown and context-menu triggers not showing the open hover state consistently.
